i find it funny people are more upset over the tits than they are the guy that was flashing 9/11 imagery.
Id assume that's a liability thing? I'm not too sure as I believe it's legal to be topless in NYC, although probably not Dublin, but it's almost definitely not a crime to show 9/11 imagery.
Its… not a question of legality and more of tact.
It’s not a funny/comical or even casual thing to show.
It was pretty funny. Would have been better if the new yorkers responded with the potato famine.

You are allowed to be to be topless in New York state, but it's illegal in Dublin.
