I'm not sure that they do. The meme could be from the mid to late 90s as far as we know, it was just the only iteration of the car hole exchange I could easily find ๐Ÿคท

Garage bands that is, not the band called Garbage, thats held up pretty well.

Garbage is an awesome band.

UK Garage was a bland electronic pop genre that sanitised the underground jungle and breakbeat music that was popular in the 1990s.
