My best friend has lost a lot of fat because he stuck to keto for a few months
I did keto for a few months, years ago. I did lose weight but it also gave me gout...
I am convinced people do keto only because they want to a) lose weight and b) love cheese and meat, especially bacon. And I am also convinced they overdo it on meat and eat WAY too little greens. Plus a lot of them probably do not cut out sugary drinks, soda, beer and so on. And thus the gout. Am I wrong?
There are people who do it 100% correctly and people who just need excuse to eat more meat. And 90% of us are somewhere inbetween.
