Video game news oriented community. No NanoUFO is not a bot :)

  1. News oriented content (general reviews, previews or retrospectives allowed).

  6. No clickbait, editorialized, sensational titles. State the game in question in the title. No all caps.

Copyright and trademark are two different things. Only copyright expires

TL;DR: you can use the mickey character in derivative works (copyright), but you cant use the character in a way that makes people think the work is made by disney (trademark)
