I don't get this reference. I didn't find any info on Marilyn Monroe in a pond, BUT to my surprise/confusion I found MULTIPLE websites selling rubber ducks, and inflatable ducks made in the image of Marilyn Monroe as a yellow duckie. Selling anywhere from $5, to $40. To which that just adds MORE questions....

What am I missing here?

I'm not sure how I'd never heard of this. It's always disappointing how the rich and powerful receive different legal treatment than us regular folk.
