Why do people cling onto the words of pathological narcissists? Nothing they say has any value or significance as these people are shells of humans who take on whatever opinions they feel will get them the most social acceptance within their preferred groups.

As a rule one should expect narcissists to go back on their word. Their thoughts and words are meaningless.

Sounds like he's setting himself up to run for office in 2028 with all the bullshit. Perfect for politics

What's he gonna run for, governor somewhere? He's burned all his bridges and goodwill in California, and Texans absolutely hate big tech firms that Musks represents. And Trump has been a perfect example of why the ultra-wealthy never run for public office; it drags all your skeletons from the closet and into the public eye. Corruption from a businessman is expected, but open corruption in a politician has to be punished to some degree.
