Unfortunately that plays well to a lot of stupid people. And in swing states there are enough of them that he can still get another EC win while losing the popular vote by a lot.

It plays well to a lot of spiteful people. Who just want to see the systems that have wronged them be destroyed in fire and brimstone, rather than be improved.

That I understand. I've been there, but that isn't the solution. It doesn't lead to more happiness.

No, but it's a lot easier than waiting for things to get better. Which always takes agonizingly long. Even if you do your best to help it along.
