Given the share price has fallen so hard, I won’t be surprised if Ubisoft just lays off most the workforce anyways.

I feel like most of the forced return to the office is just a stealth layoff tactic.

People will leave, and also there is no proven benefit of being in the office. On the opposite there are papers talking about work from home being more efficient.

Most companies that force people back into the office are also struggling so it makes sense they want people to leave, they just don't have to provide severance pay this way.
