Russian Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut urged people to go to church and pray for rain as the persistent lack of precipitation puts the sowing of winter wheat at risk.

Any fool know it has to be 'thoughts and prayers', not just 'prayers'. Without the 'thoughts' you are just an idiot mumbling to yourself like a kid wishing for toys from Santa Claus
