There's a torrent on TPB as well as a 280GB of this stuff on archive.org

Once again proving Gabe Newell correct.

[–] pastermil@sh.itjust.works 6 points 11 months ago (1 children)

I like him, but what does he have to do with any of this?

[–] Sparkega@sh.itjust.works 32 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Gabe Newell believes piracy is a result of inferior service or access. I believe the original poster is stating that piracy has become the answer here because it's the only place to find this media.

makes sense

As well as Looney.Tunes.and.Merrie.Melodies.HQ.Project.v2022 or Looney.Tunes.and.Merrie.Melodies.HQ.Project.v2024

I may or may not have grabbed this said torrent pack several years ago in anticipation of this exact erasure

Guess archive can host these how for free without infringing anything right WB?

~~Do you smell burnt toast?~~

[–] DoucheBagMcSwag@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 11 months ago (2 children)

No..? Is this a reference to something I'm not getting..?

[–] PopeRigby@beehaw.org 4 points 11 months ago (2 children)

I guess they're saying you had a stroke but your comment seems perfectly intelligable.

See that's what I was thinking first when I googled it but thought it could've have been that

. I mean it seems fine to me?

[–] lord_ryvan@ttrpg.network 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Wait it is? The last sentence looks jumbled to me... I could use “English isn't my first language” as a defence but I get the feeling I'm just slow or something

[–] PopeRigby@beehaw.org 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

You know looking it over again I guess my brain corrected a few things to make it more intelligable. I assumed archive meant the internet archive, corrected "how" to "now", and assumed they were talking about Warner Brother's IP rights. I can see how you were confused, but maybe don't phrase it like that next time lol.

That's true, I'll keep it in mind! I thought I was being funny but I was just confusing and crude

That person believes you are having a stroke, but I didn't see anything wrong with your post. Seemed perfectly legible.

Is it the Complete Looney Tunes Golden Collection [DVDrip]?

[–] oldfart@lemm.ee 3 points 11 months ago
[–] BigBananaDealer@lemm.ee 1 points 11 months ago

they removed west wing one night and so many people complained they added it back by morning. or it was just a mistake

[–] ancoraunamoka@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

For an adult that liked looney tunes a lot when they were a child, what was there? And what is available through torrents? What should I archive?

[–] JoMiran@lemmy.ml 1 points 11 months ago

For a classic Looney Tunes fan, you should look for the Golden Collection.
