I try to get some promotion from student. But couldn't find a way to get student email. Anyone know how?

This isn't piracy since you are legitimately-ish getting stuff but:

If you are actually in the US, check out your local community colleges. Depending on the college (and state), that may range from free to "you only need to sell a kidney once every four years".

A scumbag cousin of mine has been doing that for probably coming on 20 years now. He signs up for a course every other year, never attends it, and then drops it. Keeps his dot edu email active for "free" software and I think he also flips laptops and the like.

That said, also consider actually attending the course. One night a week to learn a new skill or just keep the (questionable science of) neuroplasticity going.

why questionable?

Yeah man free tafe in Aus has been a loophole for discounted public transport for like a decade lmao

They give it you when you are a university student or similar, when you enter that institution. This promotions only exist because these emails are hard to get.

Choose an online University, and register as a student. Don't sign up for any classes. Totally free (maybe an application fee depending on the university you choose), and generally they give you an email when you are approved as a student.

I think it's probably more trouble than it is worth

Do you have any nieces or nephews or cousins or maybe your dentist sister‘s girlfriend’s kid just enrolled? I’ve had success getting them to forward me confirmation codes and things that I sent to their address.

Using your nephews and friends' kids identity and school email is not okay. Pirate your stuff yourself.
