Great, then how do I properly turn the PDF into an epub, I tried many things but I never get anything good.

Learned about two cool tools through this article and the comments posted there:

https://www.autohotkey.com/ for automating tasks on OS level
https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy for Android screen sharing/ recording and control

Using these together would be a very powerful toolkit for such purposes.
