Valve clearly uses a base-3 numbering system. Next installment after 2 is Half Life 10. ;p
Valve should just skip 3 and release 4. Like a building without a 13th floor.

Not even completely out of the question considering Half-Life: Alyx is pretty much HL3. Or so I've been told, I don't own a VR headset so I wouldn't know.
It's a prequel to episode 2.5 I think.
Wooo! One of the few games I have been looking forward to. Decent chance I get this shortly after release when the reviews say it is good.
I loved hollow knight enough I'm willing to buy this even if it sucks. Team cherry deserves more of my money.
I won't even believe this on September 5th.
