Burying the lede here that she was jailed for months and then just dumped on the streets of Fargo, ND in winter with no way back to Tennessee and no money for a hotel.

Police in Fargo, North Dakota, have acknowledged “a few errors” in the case and pledged changes in their operations but stopped short of issuing a direct apology.

Do you think this is the first person that this particular detective has tried to railroad because they were too lazy to do any real work?

I would be shocked if every single one of his previous cases weren't full of half-truths, lies, and just generally sloppy work.
