Microsoft Defender wrongly flags DigiCert certs as Trojan:Win32/Cerdigent.A!dha

Havomg worked with digicert tooling, I support Defender on this.
For the longest time, Windows defender would flag .7zip compression files as a Trojan. It would automatically delete the file as soon as I had created it.
False positives out of Defender?
I'm shocked I tell you, shocked.
