Damn, even some low-key projects like iVanced were hit. I doubt this spells the end of third party apps but they'll probably go the way of being distributed on various russian download forums or telegram instead.

Just iOS? What bout Android?
Seems that the DMCA only concerns distributing the modified ipa and not the patches themselves and most android projects don't distribute apk, only the patches so they should be fine. Tho I will still run through and clone all the revanced repos.
YouTube Vanced was DMCA'd because they distributed the whole apk, which is why Revanced exists and only applies patches to a YouTube apk you have to get yourself
they also got dmca because they called themselves youtube which is why it's just revanced now
I know. I think revanced will be fine but just in case I'll clone all the revanced repos locally
Louis Rossmann did get one for GrayJay https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJ42f-tV_3w

Use Yattee and plug in your preferred invidious instance.
Unlike tweaked app. If the instance is down. We need to switch servers right?
Correct. That very small thing is the difference between an app getting a dcma takedown order and not getting one.
Oh wow. I’ve been using invidious for a while & this app makes it look nice :)
