I use audacious. It's perfect.

I bought board months ago but never figured it out. It feels like the company has abandoned the product and all the support forums for it are filled with bots talking about their favorite blog

I can't seem to get it to work. I always get these errors in the terminal when running the spi flash tool that they recommend:

Scanning USB port...
Search usb, timeout set as 3600000 ms

and then eventually an S_TIMEOUT. I think my thinkpad is not even detecting the orange pi at all through usb. Anybody have experience with this. The official documentation is really bad. I also seem to get this on startup of the flash tool:

QThread::setPriority: Cannot set priority, thread is not running
"05-14-2024"
QObject::moveToThread: Cannot move objects with a parent

I don't think it is a call for other people to talk to him. You are assuming too much from literally nothing. He never said in the post that he goes out of his way to keep away from people at all.

IRC? Matrix? XMPP?

I was given a phone quite young but completely discarded it after I bought myself a thinkpad. No need for it when I can be comfortable on my Arch setup. I think the amount of brain damage could be severely reduced if they only had access to a family PC or something. Most kids probably wouldn't even touch the PC until way later.

Quake 3 Arena or if you don't want to pay/pirate just install openarena. OpenArena should come be in your distros packages

There was a show where they tricked a bunch of people into thinking they are on a space ship with a similar method: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Cadets_(TV_series)

I mean I used tools like UltimMC to get around having to make a minecraft account. UltimMC doesn't provide the games themselves, that is downloaded from mojang's website, UltimMC simply provides a way to get around basic DRM.

Yes but under the hood, IOS is using a filesystem. Hiding helpful details is not the same as simply being a different way to use a computer. One actively makes the computer harder to use.

Most of the time, the tools I use to pirate are open source themselves so that isn't really a problem for me.

So basically I stupidly tried to update while my thinkpad had low battery and it powered off halfway through the update. The system wouldn’t boot because it was complaining that vm-linuz/linux was not found so I performed a chroot-rescue and got it to boot again. I must have messed something up during the process because now the device wlan0 is not showing up in iwctl device list. How can I fix or diagnose this issue? (I am using btrfs if that helps). Has anyone had a similar situation and can lend a hand?
