Yeah, like when your peice of shit abusive husband dies drunk driving do you don't have to worry about your search history or Netflix watch list.

And you weren't even really into true crime anyway but it was kind of nice seeing what mistakes other people made and your peice of shit husband thinks it's dumb so you can get some peace.

Anyway, yeah, feels like it should be good cuz fuck AI but it's gonna effect lots of other things too.

"Never compromise, even in the face of armageddon. That's always been the difference between us Daniel."

"Suddenly you discover humanity? Convenient. If you'd cared from the start, none of this would've happened. "

His lines go so hard tho

This reminds me of that experiment where they had a wire mesh monkey doll be a surrogate mother for a real baby money. If you don't know about this experiment the monkey raised by wire mesh was very fucked up emotionally when it grew up, and when this monkey had kids of its own, it had no idea how to raise these kids, who then turned out almost as fucked up as the original monkey.

No amount of bad reports or low profitability will convince these people AI is not the end-all-be-all they think it is.

Like some else already said co-ops and employee owned businesses. But they all require capital to start, maybe a bank could give you a business loan.

Maybe a government program that doesn't have a profit motive like the post office?

Terraria. I've tried 3 different times now and I just can't get into it

Agree. I've been buying more games than ever and they're mostly indie. Best part is you can get them for like $10 - $20 if you wait for a steam sale. Necesse might be my favorite so far. It's like rimworld and terraria had a baby.

I would love for this to happen in so many industries but everything takes so much capital to get started :/
