The main point of that ruling was that they weren't using proprietary code. Yuzu almost certainly did after the TOTK leak, unless they magically just happened to improve that much directly afterwards.

I don't like it, but there's a pretty big chance that Yuzu loses this one.

I'm not saying they're right for it, just stating what reality is. Anyone with half a brain knew this was coming the second they used proprietary code.

I didn't know weeb-hipsters existed

There's a fairly big difference between "you're making an emulator for a console we stopped selling anything for a decade ago" and "you are actively cutting into the sales of everything we are currently doing"

Frankly, Im not quite sure what anyone expected. Of course they were going to go after them harder tan usual, especially when they made it pretty obvious they used proprietary code from TOTK. I'm as pro-piracy as they come, but ya still gotta use some of your brain.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's closer to their claims when they turn off whatever parameters turn it into the world's most aggressively centrist thing ever.

Clearly had nothing to do with the fact that he very obviously misses apartheid.

As with all things, it really is a matter of implementation. Putting telemetry data and such in a place where you only have to flick your eyes at it for a second instead of looking down is a good thing.

In true Google fashion, they remade the same product, gave it a new name, and made it compete with the existing one.

Specialty chicken may have been different depending on the franchise. At mine, the opening driver would prepare a tub of it by literally cutting the boneless chicken in half.

And yeah, being seemingly the only person in the store who gives a rats ass about food safety suuuucks. The amount of times I ended up redoing the entirety of the night before's dishes because the closer didn't give a fuck was insane. I never did that shit to help the company, I just was never going to be the reason people got sick.

Hey I understood some of those words!

An oval shaped phone is simply far more impractical than a rectangular one. Sure, the far corners are a pain if you need to use it one handed, but that's a significant amount of screen space you're giving away for simply browsing things.

So sure, if you do literally nothing but consume video content on your phone, fine it could work. But who does that

I think you may be a bit behind on how large the notch is on new phones. It's literally just the front camera hole on new phones, including Galaxy, Pixel, and iPhones. I'm fairly certain that's also the case with the majority of other Android manufacturers such as OnePlus, but I can't be bothered to check.
