- Fragmented: You will need to have multiple subscriptions to play the games you want.
- Games will disappear without notice (We already see this on app-stores).
- Prices will be jacked up at a whim, and premium tier plans will be added.
- And as the pièce de résistance: Full of ads.

I would watch about 16 minutes before giving up.
In the old days flow TV was max 25-30% ads, how can people live with 50% ads? At that rate it will be "Find the content" so in a few years with 90% ads watching a 45 minute show would take 7.5 hours.
That really explains a lot, and why MS jumped to Windows NT, they knew that DOS would always be Dirty.
