That engine terrifies me at this point. I'll admit I don't have any knowledge on the inner workings of a game engine, but it feels like it has to be held together with band-aids and gum

That's a good question. I don't know that I can fully uninstall Chrome from my Tablet, only disable. Since I use it maybe a handful of times a month it isn't a big deal to just use it for the session. I don't feel the need to have another browser right now, but I appreciate you bringing that up

Would the hardcore gaming community be mad if he went to jail? Yes. Are they already mad Nintendo is taking him to court? Yes. Will the general public care at all? No. Will the investors think Nintendo looks bad? No

Edit: also, is everyone ignoring the fact that he distributed pirated software on the consoles?
