The only time I would rather not talk to a person is if the accent causes a language barrier. Otherwise 9 times out of 10 a person is going to understand what you want better especially if it's a customization issue

It's not bad but it doesn't do a good job introducing you to the game. You have to learn on your feet which isn't ideal
Development suffers from a very particular problem. If you've ever heard don't put all your eggs in one basket, then you know the problem. They put all their eggs in one basket expecting this basket to go on and do great things and return on their investment so if or when it doesn't it really fucks over everyone involved.
