The guillotines require a subscription to guillotine+ to be operated. You will of course be forced to watch a quick 1 minute ad before the blade drops and there will be a fee to cancel your guillotine+ subscription. Once your payment is processed and you sign your soul over to the guillotine company through the terms and conditions, then the guillotines will come out.
