Finding stuff in German is also really hard. Wish I had a torrent tracker or usenet indexer/provider that had more German stuff.

I use zstd too, didn't specifiy a level tho, so it's just using the default. I only use like ⅔ of the disk space I used before and I don't feel any difference in performance at all.

For most things that's true but 99% of anime aren't dubbed in any language other than Japanese. I still wanted to watch them tho, I always watch those in the original language with subtitles anyway. Was one of the main reasons I stopped using Netflix.

I use BTRFS on everything too nowadays. The thing that made me switch everything to BTRFS was filesystem compression.

Might be licensing but I think it's actually just that they will hide everything that's not dubbed in the language you speak because I didn't find anything on Netflix (back when I had it) that wasn't dubbed in German

Every software has security vulnerabilities. The important thing is just that they get fixed quickly when they're found and it seems like that was the case here.

I came to the exact same conclusion as you. The way copyright currently works creates monopolies. Just allow anyone to distribute the media while paying the copyright holder their fair share and don't give the copyright holder complete control over who can distribute it and the issue is fixed.

They won't even let you watch stuff like anime with subtitles if it's not dubbed in your language. Like why?

Same thing for me. I can also use Findroid on my Android phone with microG to watch stuff from my Jellyfin server. I think the Netflix app wouldn't even work on my phone.

Yeah this update sucks. Change it back.

I was thinking of Augmented Reality and was very confused

I got it working! The issue was just that the docker-compose file was missing network_mode: "host", so the container wasn't allowed to talk to the other services. It's running now for me. I'll update the example docker-compose file on my repo and add it to the readme. I was going to do that anyway because it was so outdated that it wasn't working on the current version of docker-compose anyway.
