And don't forget that Amazon Prime doesn't just make you pay extra, they make you subscribe to additional subscriptions. I think there's like 3 extra sunscriptions for anime alone.

It looks like it either didn't get ejected properly and something is corrupt or you're mounting it wrong. It's probably the first tho. BTRFS has very good commandline tools that can help you fix this.
It has a lot of differences to ext4 but it's still just a file system. You're not gonna notice any difference just normally using the drive (aside from copying being instant). I've never heard about it causing corruptions on different kinds of drives. I use it on 3 SSDs and one HDD and have no issues.
What do you mean by certain render options in Blender? Like HIP, CUDA, etc?
I just use BTRFS. There's an open source driver for Windows you can install.
I have a Valve Index and the Vision Pro seems like a downgrade in many ways, at least for gaming. It doesn't even have controllers, so almost all games won't even be possible to play.
I have it running on a Raspberry Pi 4 (with a lot of other stuff) and it works great. I'm only direct streaming tho, it's too slow for transcode I think.
I think you can get tiling on both KDE Plasma and GNOME. I know it exists for Plasma but not sure about GNOME.

Biggest downside for me is that everyone has the default skin when not verifying that. But that could easily be fixed with a mod or maybe even just a server-side plugin.
The first one or two seasons of Better Caul Saul were available as AV1 and the quality was great. It looked basically uncrompressed. Then the next season was a rip from Netflix... The drop in quality was so huge, it's insane.
