Thats very helpful thanks, I haven't checked Lemmy Ina while sonsorry for the late reaction. My Archbrepo doesn't have wine 11 available just jet but once itbis I will try it out.
Anyone knows if vsts work in this version?
My wine is currently being helt at version 9.21 due to some bugs in newer versions.
It has probably something to do with the large quantities of individual files.
It works through the list of files one by one. The indexing, writing and checking of individual files takes longer than one single .zip file. Thus zipping them first increases the overall speed.
For newcomers I would recommend something Luke Linux Mint. Iets stable and very userfriendly.

I understand your point and there are many reasons why people pirate stuff.
If possible I would spend it on a game or software if you like.
May I suggest games that can be played offline like indie titles if your into them.
Not an indie but still great: Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition it's 20 euros and when at a discount drops till 3 euros.
I play on Linux myself work great and if your not into those online games with anti-cheats you can consider buying a steam deck.
I agree, indie titels are more unique/diverse.
