I was just thinking about it and I had switched to Firefox back when I left Reddit over the whole API thing and joined Lemmy.

I'm curious what distros you have tried.
You're right. It's not that difficult of a concept and luckily Linux works just like that. I will admit that Linux wasn't always user friendly but it's made leaps and bounds in that department. A bit less than a year ago, I decided one day to wipe my SSD completely and install Linux and I've been using it ever since. I'm doing everything I was doing for. Obviously this is going to depend on your specific needs but for me it's been just fine.
And those memes are hilarious
I know how to use a PC and I am tech literate and I can use Linux just fine so I don't get what your point is.
Apologies for some reason I'm a couple years behind.
Cards are the biggest waste of money. Any time I get one in the mail, I'll read it and it goes straight to the recycling.
I feel like the PS5 just came out. Damn, the last few years just disappeared. Just kidding, it's only been out for 2 years. I don't see something can be at the end of its life when it's barely even came out.
I'm getting tired of implementing technology before it's finished and all the bugs are worked out. Driverless cars are still not ready for prime time yet. The same thing is happening currently with AI or companies are utilizing it without having any idea what it can do.
I already canceled my prime back when they announced they would put ads on prime video. I don't even use prime video, it's the principle.
