I like DogPile. It lets you get results from Yahoo! directory, Lycos, Excite, WebCrawler, Infoseek, AltaVista, WhatUSeek, and HotBot.
AskJeeves works pretty well too.

Based on last night’s dinner though, it appears gas production is way up. Wind seems to be breaking.
Do I like this? No. But I also don’t like that any other entity can do this either. But if we’re going to ban the government from doing this, we should also be banning the sale of this data to anybody.

You still need a multimeter, but the one I have (Treedix.com) has easily accessible electrical contacts for testing resistance.
