I believe they technically need permission to use original characters and settings. But they may fall under parody depending how different they are.

But the things they add are 100% owned by them.

So if a company wanted to they could absolutely get it all taken down.

And likewise they should be able to stop these people printing their work.

But it is all very complex and depends entirely on how much they used from the original.

What could they possibly cite?

How they got rich doesn't change their sales figures. Other countries that got rich in different ways could apply the same techniques.

Never said it was the only important thing.

They also need to know their speed to drive safely.

No I'm saying if a random woman is mean to you and you decide to hate all women you're an idiot.

Indeed. But in normal conditions the main thing you want to do is not break the speed limit. In sensible places the speed limits are usually lower than the maximum safe speed.

The incels... You blame the incels.

Yeah our latest group of juniors were able to get up to speed very quickly.

Agreed. I mainly use it for learning.

Instead of googling and skimming a couple blogs / so posts, I now just ask the AI. It pulls the exact info I need and sources it all. And being able to ask follow up questions is great.

It's great for learning new languages and frameworks

It's also very good at writing unit tests.

Also for recommending Frameworks/software for your use case.

I don't see it replacing developers, more reducing the number of developers needed. Like excel did for office workers.

Literally everyone uses the Speedo. This is such a weird comment tbh.
