Despite my hate for Microsoft, it is important (sometimes) to acknowledge and appreciate the good they do, such as offering backwards compatibility for games for free. Because you don't have to repurchase a game if you already have the original media, you insert it in the new console and it does download the game, yes maybe an online only solution but far better than what Nintendo and Sony do.
