Even if they encrypt it, the computer needs access to the data thus needs the decryption key. So it's not very secure anyway.

That is basically it's reset.css otherwise the required biases might not work ;-)
Websites should only track if DNT is 0. Null means no consent, 1 means rejection.
Consent has to be given, not assumed.
Wow, so basically blacklisting email sender's on ip address isn't allowed either? When is an IP address, an individual and when is it just a machine in the cloud?
