That's why it's better.
Wayland finally seeing the light, that NVidia was right all along.
That was a choice made by wayland devs not too use what was available. Their fault.
Wayland could have been written to support NVidia, just as X11 does. They chose not to because they hate the driver being proprietary. Wayland had the option to be and do a lot of things that the devs refused.
You mean, besides being chromeos? ;)
And Mint because Gnome (shudder)
I suggest a filesystem that supports taking snapshots in the future. It's a lifesaver for moments like these.
About dang time the Wayland crew did this and stopped blaming NVidia.
