Yes, but on what environment are you going going to right click in? The desktop? The file manager?
That's what I'm asking
QuazarOmega
That's neat
make this appear when right-clicking. Any idea how I can achieve that?
Right clicking where exactly? If you mean the desktop, then I imagine you'll likely need a GNOME Shell or Nautilus extension
Clearly they don't own a nuclear bunker
I always thought there was no big difference between link aggregators and forums, and that the first is more an extension of the other, at least it felt like it in my experience. What would you say really sets them apart?
Not the majority, but that's why I was confused as if they were put there by overlooking the license, anyway it makes sense now. I enjoyed the article btw!
Incredible improvements! Love seeing people so dedicated to such an important project
I'm confused, as I progressed in the article I started seeing many proprietary applications being mentioned, with "free software" did you mean libre or gratis?
It's threatening me with breaking my house's structural integrity
It's a saner Python package manager, it's so easy to use (at least at the basic level I need it for) and it actually implements the latest standard for packaging defined by PEP unlike Poetry, both of them are great in their own right though.
If you're interested this is the website https://pdm-project.org/
If you're interested there's Kotatsu as an alternative which also felt easier to use to me, still, I don't know how all of these projects will fare in the long run when they all rely on GitHub
Little baby steps, at least we can make the difference for ourselves... But Google is in my walls
An environment agnostic tool isn't a bad thing though, it already exists as PinApp, though I'm guessing OP is doing this more as a learning project
