thats why you need to disconnect. best way to do that is to find something else to occupy that space. i guess i have it a little easier than most as this phone is all the internet i have and so it easier to put it down and go do something like 2 week old laundry or any of the dozens of projects ive started but never finished. just saying watching the news is gonna depress anyone and its not healthy to keep soaking in it.
