My cameras are PoE going to an NVR but you can also slap SD cards in them to record locally. I'm sure there are some wireless options out there with this feature included. Unfortunately wireless cameras have another glaring flaw in that they only record on movement and I've heard of so many stories where they didn't catch any movement to start recording when something happened.

I worked at Walmart ages ago and one of the overnight assistant managers would do this and then steal cash out of the cash office until he finally got caught.

Wear JNCOs and healies and then you can look like you're floating around like a Russian dancer

Vance literally called Trump "America's Hitler" in a now deleted tweet.

Also so many are Christian and say shit like "the lord is my shepard" in the same breath that they call other people "sheep."

I think they're trying to milk the sympathy card for all it's worth by wearing these bandages. Since Trump only got a cut on his ear and an innocent spectator was killed, the event isn't playing as well as it did for Reagan back in the day during his reelection campaign. Wearing big, bulky bandages, they're 'peacocking' to keep Trump's extremely mild injury fresh in everyone's mind.

There is a lot of truth to it. Just criticize or bring up one of the many objectively bad things Biden has done and then wait for the Blue MAGA individuals to come out of the woodwork telling you he's "the most progressive president in modern history" and that he deserves our unwavering support just because he has a (D) next to his name.

I'm sure a lot of this is rooted in fear around him losing the election, but these people have their heads buried in the sand and can't see that the Democrats are handing the election to Trump just like they did in 2016 because they'd rather maintain the status quo and push right wing candidates like Clinton and Biden than help the American people by allowing a real progressive into the office.

Serving the financial interests of shareholders doesn't necessarily mean maximizing short-term profits, as this often leads to less profit in the long term due to things like legal issues, loss of reputation, high turnover, etc. Long term growth and stability can be much more valuable than a couple quarters of unsustainable profit.

A good example of this is Red Lobster, whose new owners sold off all their restaurant real estate holdings to a newly formed shell company and then began charging each individual restaurant massive amounts of rent. Selling these properties gave the company a short-term boost of cash, but now they're bankrupt because they saddled the company with so much debt and rent that they can't cover.

They're wanting the Pi to do more than one thing. I'm assuming they're running Klipper but also want to run a file server or PiHole, for example, on the same Pi.

In reply to a conment about racism and Islamophobia, mentioning that "Liz Cheney thought we'd be going to war with China" doesn't really track.

I'm sure these bands are all appealing to some, but it seems like they're really squandering the potential with them playing the same two shows over and over for months.

Right?! Could you imagine if some country attacked one of our naval ships and we didn't do anything about it?

I don't understand the overarching point of this comment.
