Linux back at 4.04% on the Desktop. Windows went below 73% in c/linux@lemmy.ml

This is clearly a statistic about PCs, otherwise the share wouldnt be ~73% windows. So the decline of the desktop PC doesnt really matter here

I tried it a couple months ago on a laptop, didnt work. But it also already came with a W11 install, maybe thats why

That has been err "fixed" some time ago. You cant open the command window during setup anymore

Doubt thats the point. I mean, real libraries at this point also lend out e-books, and i dont think they have an upper limit. Probably more to do that libraries (or the cities that finance them) have deals with publishers, and IA doesnt.
