I found most of my Seattle peeps by going to recurring events, and going to the same places a lot

I wanted to thank you for sharing your experience and make sure to validate you in this, because it really sounds very difficult to go through. Hopefully things are doing better for you recently.

I live in Seattle and honestly have never experienced any freeze at all. Maybe it’s because I’m queer or maybe it’s because I have good social skills, but I have had no issue integrating myself with the community here and have made lots of friends. Seattle responds well to those who put themselves out there and aren’t republican weirdos.

Its obscure enough that I don’t think it’s being sought out by AI companies. The nature of federated instances should make it a bit more challenging to pull a complete data set too

Very glad I overwrote all of my comments with random words before deleting my account. They won’t be profiting off of me anymore.

I’m not running anything old, just kinda trolling a bit and being an annoyance about Linux.

Gotcha, thank you for the info. Gotta admit their made-up words are pretty funny

That makes sense, but remember that security patches are backported to old kernels for quite a long time. Therefore, using an LTS release of Linux should extend a computer's life longer than Windows.

Switch to Linux, lol.

AI is far too broad of a term, for sure.
