Ronto sounds like an excellent place for a Fallout game. There's so much Canadian lore that could be expanded upon.
Children can't do that if you're a responsible parent that keeps an eye on what their child is doing. Y'know, the bare minimum of parenting.
GOG is DRM-free, so it's the better option. They're otherwise identical.
PC. The console versions only support mods from bethesda.net, and are far more limited in mod scope and availability. PC has access to Nexus and other sites for mods, and there are tons to choose from. Mod managers make modding your game pretty straightforward as well.
Been replaying heavily modded Tale of Two Wastelabds and have been having a blast. Fallout 3 is a lot better with NV's mechanics.

It takes more time and effort to access and wait for the AI than it would to just open the damn fridge. Why make things more complicated than they need to be?
