Considering how badly Nvidia's been pricing their dGPUs, the market's ripe for a low cost alternative to fill a niche for years to come.

Look closely at the beer bottle and spatula. The bottle has a slight bend and so does the spatula where it's touching the burger. Also Dale's left hand is a little too low below the waist.

The moral of the story in the Tower of Babel was that even God fears unions.

4chan hates it when Tor and a VPN is used to enhance anonymity. It does frequent captchas, will refuse to load images, and won't let you post replies. It's like they want you to not be anonymous at all anymore.

It works remarkably well for a lot of things if you put a little effort into it. Depending on the distro, you might have a little more trouble trying to fix something. For my use case it can do gaming, CAD, office work, and some light programming just fine with some quirks and tradeoffs. Lemmy in general is a good place to ask troubleshooting questions too

They do sometimes. It's just that the originals can be easily improved with some free mods most of the time.

The theory is that it's supposed to encourage internal economic growth via domestic production of goods by making foreign made goods much more expensive. What the orange dip shit failed to understand is that America doesn't have the internal infrastructure or resources needed to create most of the goods they consume. This is basically just a tax on the US consumer that ruined a lot of international trade deals and caused an irreversible decline in confidence with American markets.

The closest thing we'll see for that kind of legislation is when BYD inevitably makes it to the US. Even then they might word it to say all data traffic from cars would have to go to US servers. These piece of shit politicians work for the data harvesting ghouls, after all.

Thanks for this curated news update! It almost feels like reading segments from a gaming magazine.

Essentially all of America's problems are because its population is so uneducated. We want simple answers to complicated questions because that's the best we can hope to understand. 52% of us can barely read at a 6th grade level FFS. The ignorance then allows us to entertain some pretty dark thoughts leading us to Trump.

Ah just like how Egyptians used mummies for kindling. All that's missing is some snake oil salesman peddling tinctures made of these corpses as a cure to measles or something.
