My guess is most likely and possibly better. YouTube compression does not like video games, so the image quality will be better uncompressed. Also this game is likely using a lot of photogrammetry which takes little GPU power

Yes this is satire but unfortunately people like this do exist. As for the why, they are seeking validation
Better get to it then. I'm predicting somewhere in the next 5 years, true car ownership will be dead for new cars

He is not going to appoint someone to the FCC. He is going to get rid of it. ISPs are going to be free to do whatever they want with no federal interference.
