" Asked for comment about the new lawsuit, a Temu spokesperson said in a prepared statement that Shein's "audacity is unbelievable."

"Shein, buried under its own mountain of IP lawsuits, has the nerve to fabricate accusations against others for the very misconduct they're repeatedly sued for," the spokesperson said. "

Pot calling the kettle black? Shouldnt they both just keep their heads down and keep chipping away at Amazon? It just seems a bit preemptive on Sheins part. I feel like some sort of confrontation between the two is inevitable, but I guess I thought it would have happened when they were more neck and neck with Amazon.

Thats my fear too. Visually I'm totally in on the style, but it needs good feeling gunplay to really sing.

This is so surreal.

Like, the fact that the scene was generally continuous is absolutely crazy. If you look closely it falls apart, but most people don't look too closely when scrolling instagram or Twitter.

But my main thing is this is how my memories "look" when I try and remember something; I don't remember every detail neccesarily. Im having a hard time explaining it but if you extrapolate what I see when I think of my memories, I get this same, slightly smearing, not perfect recollection. Idk just rambling but this is getting a bit existential for me.

"India is on the cusp of electrifying 100 percent of its rail lines, while China is nearing three-quarters of its network. Over 57 percent of the rail system in the European Union is electric. The US, which has historically prioritized personal cars over high-volume passenger trains, now can boast that it has two electric trains — and more on the way. "

There are other streaming sites that you can use if you know specifically what show you want to watch. Not good for finding British TV, but definitely good for streaming it. DM me.

Hmmmm yeah I'm torn on this one. Id put stray into a category where visuals are actually important and I much prefer to play it at 4k than on my Steam Deck. Normally Im 100% gameplay over everything.

But it doesn't look awful they did a great job working with switch hardware.

Overall I'm happy more people get to play Stray, its the first game my non gaming girlfriend saw videos of and wanted me to buy it for her. And like a lot of people, she probably wouldn't even notice if it was running at 1440 vs 720.

Agreed, stop scrolling the comments and go read it random reader.

I used to get so excited by tech advances but now I've gotten to the point where its still cool and a fascinating application of science... but this stuff is legitimately existential. The author raises great points around it.

Im in the Vine program (basic not the premium tier) and they are actually very explicit that you need to review the product fairly and how you actually feel about it. Ive given out 3 and two stars before for cords that weren't as advertised, shitty build, etc.

Granted, they DO want you to pump out a review for it within a month which is bad for longevity testing.

Of course, getting a product for "free" subconsciously probably makes reviewers a little more forgiving, which could be a problem.

For purely steam gaming and browser work, I've really liked Pop! OS.
