People can be irrational like that. But I bet if there’s a really successful horror movie where the killer finds the victim’s location then people will care.

Could you imagine how upset Republicans would be if some random Mexican immigrant used $61m of resources and didn’t pay? But if it’s a rich white guy that owes that much they are fine with it.

I like it. I use it every day. Much faster and better than sifting through garbage websites to find answers.

Try to overthrow the US government? You can still be president. Break a companies arbitrary TOS? Police are at your door to take you away for a long time.

Normal well adjusted people get a few million dollars and call it a day. Only people with a mental problem get billions and keep trying to get more.

Yeah I keep seeing stories about how doomed AI companies are. Apparently if they don’t create AGI then it was all for nothing and it’s trash.

Apple has explicit rules against redirecting customers to other sites for payment. I think they have a special deal with Amazon for that wording.

Why do you think using energy is bad by itself? They are paying for it and they are trying to get as much renewable as they can.
