Interesting. I do not see Minecraft when I look at this game. I see 2d sprites and billboards and lots of flat surfaces which is what I remember older games to look like. The colors are the only place that I see a resemblance

I think your chances would be better against a human driver. Once these are fully automated they will have about 20 cameras covering every angle possible.
