Powertoys and fancyzones in particular has been amazing with the proliferation of large monitors. Saves so much time and effort to configure windows. Don't understand why it is an optional utility and not built into the OS.

I'd guess that major UI revisions are a big reason for average users. People don't like having to relearn how to do something or find a setting. If M$ implemented a legacy UI setting that by and large mimicked the interface and controls in W10 they'd clear a major hurdle preventing less technologically inclined users from upgrading.

From my experience, most of those websites that want a specific browser require edge these days. Some streaming sites will only give FHD on edge, and HD streams on other browsers if at all (looking at you Vudu).

It really feels like they developed a revenue stream prior to developing a product. All we've heard is some "Ai features" would be a subscription service, but their software has been preety universally mid at best, and AI is starting to see some backlash. We are seeing companies try to cram AI into everything even when it has no purpose being there. I get the feeling that companies are starting to catch onto this AI investments have become ridiculously expensive and have provided nearly zero additional value to their products and services.

I have prime for the no rush shipping. Every time I delay my same day or next day shipping to the 3-4 day no rush shipping I get a few dollars of digital credits which I use to buy ebooks. Over the course of a year it essentially pays for the cost of prime with free books I would have bought anyway.
