They're saying not to wash out your mouth for 10 minutes after brushing.
Exactly
No u brush only till you get the plaque out (so like 30 seconds maybe?). But after brushing, you just spit out the stuff in your mouth. You are not supposed to wash your mouth with water for at least 10 minutes. That's it.
This is absolutely essential. So many adults that I know brush their teeth wrong.
- No, don't brush your teeth too hard. Your teeth aren't supposed to be whitey-white-white. Brushing teeth too hard will cause enamel loss. That's stuff that u can't get back once lost completely.
- No, don't wash your mouth with water after brushing for at least 10 minutes. In a nutshell, fluoride keeps you from getting cavities. But it needs to be present in your saliva for your teeth to use it for remineralisation. Of course, don't use too much toothpaste or you might poison yourself.
But Lemmygrad and Hexbear told me that they already have 6G? Uggh CIA propaganda smh
influencer wannabe
What part of Kurzgesagt makes you say that?
nobody cares
I care. Especially when it's a channel with 21 million plus subscribers, most of which are interested in science. Science leaning individuals are less likely to be morons, don't you think? More science leaning individuals joining the fediverse = better content on it = better experience for all of us. So yeah... speak for yourself.
Of course /s. Germany, with Fuhrer Schultz, Denmark with Grand Admiral Frederiksen (I had to look it up lmao), and Canada with Supreme Commander Trudeau. All of them are actively involved in passing legislation against socialists and Muslims. All of them are involved in gathering Muslims into re-education camps. When socialists protested their respective governments for starting to become capitalist, they were run over by tanks. Also, all of these governments prevent their citizens from accessing the internet outside their own countries. Agreed! Very fascist indeed!
Agreed with the Stockholm syndrome part, but can't exactly agree with the legislative part. What legislation would you propose to support WFH? I say this very rarely, but I think the free market has this one. Idiotic businesses would be bogged down by expensive real estate costs, while the smarter ones would completely bypass these. Also, there would be more demand for WFH jobs, which would mean either cheaper or much higher quality labor for the WFH jobs.
