A lot of us "do the bare minimum" do the bare minimum because of all of the time in the past we spent going the extra mile only to be rewarded with ever greater expectations for identical compensation and opportunity.
They made us this way.

We already allow housing, transportation, groceries, and I'm sure tons else to be effectively price-redlined, so I'm disappointed but not surprised to see more of it encroaching.
I can't wait until they use this and "market pricing" to justify charging minority demographics in urban centers more for higher-traffic peak hours or simply extend the peak hours wider in these zones to exploit these communities more aggressively.

I mean, since the paranormal doesn't exist unless the people in the house died due to some kind of environmental factor then the number of people who died there is completely irrelevant to the new residents, and does not in any way increase their likelihood of harm.
Really it just lowers the rent or mortgage, an objective win for the new residents.
