Damn, now I want a mod that replaces all Covenant enemies with these fascists, and replace all their voice lines with actual quotes they've said.

You could do Stephen Miller for the Prophets, Trump for the Elites, and maybe Alex Jones or something for the Grunts.

Instead of Mexican Joker we'll have Mexican Chief

Or the spirit you meet who tasks you with stealing insignificant things. She was fun.

ETA: I also treat that undead crypt keeper nicely any time I see him in a playthrough. He's always nice to me so it only seems fair.

Psychonauts 2 was probably the best sequel ever imo. I grew up playing the first game so I'm a little biased, but holy shit is that second one a masterpiece.

It's such a fun and cozy little game, I honestly want the creators to make it into a show or something. I love all the characters and I want to see more of them!

And the soundtrack was absolutely gorgeous too.

I think the moment that got the biggest laugh from me, was shooting that kid in the face then telling his mom about it, or finding the dying care bear dude voiced by PsychicPebbles and he's going on for almost more than five whole minutes about how close he is to dying and he sees the light and blah blah blah. Anytime you tried to leave he'd be like "wait where are you going?! You're just gonna leave me here to die alone?!"

Those Wolfenstein games kinda rule because they're so over the top.

And then you become Terror Billy.

Holy shit The Alters has a music video scene? Is it like in American Dad when he's in Francine's mind and has the other versions of him sing a song?

I've been wanting to play the full game for a while now, but I saw a review that said it was a surprisingly short game, so I've been holding off spending the $20 on it. I had a TON of fun with the demo though. Kicking barrels and crates into people, kicking people into furniture and water, all their little comments like "maybe if we don't move, she'll forget we're still here" after "knocking them out."

I can't remember off the top of my head, but I'm sure it wasn't long ago. I laugh pretty easily at a lot of different things, like ironic situations or bugs/glitches that look silly.

Don't forget the thousands of mods, too. And like the other reply said about server/game world settings before you start playing, there are mods that add even more settings to tweak, or they make gameplay smoother (or harder), or they add new things like weapons and vehicles. There are even entire new maps to add to play in.

It's very doable solo, but it's kind of a slog if you want to do anything significant in a playthrough, plus it can get very lonely and isolating.

I'm one of the ones who doesn't give a shit about that. On my PC I use windows, and my phone is android.

So I like to use Xbox controllers (doesn't matter if it's first- or third-party) because I like the layout, it's just comfortable to me. However I've noticed that on all my controllers in the past few years, the left thumb stick will start to "give out" over the course of a couple months. For instance I'll be pushing it forward all the way, but it won't register for some reason and my character will only move a little bit. Sometimes wiggling it a bit will fix it, sometimes it doesn't. And it's not like I'm squeezing the hell out of the controller or mashing the stick constantly; in fact it's made me try to be more delicate with my controllers, even though I'm just playing the games normally.

Is it just how controllers are, or am I just getting the shit end of the stick?
