Any reason why you want to switch to explicit releases? The only containers I use explicit releases on are databases.

C++ is probably the ugliest designed mainstream language out there

I switched from macos to Linux because it can't stop babying users and being unnecessarily restrictive in c/linux@lemmy.ml

Mac OS sucks but this is a Roblox problem not a Mac OS problem. Btw they recently blocked linux on Roblox so good luck playing that.

I doubt the diemension of a game has anything to do with it, rather it is probably due to 3D games being more resource intensive. Do you use a nvidia gpu?
