They're absolutely not doing everything they can. Everything they can would be to not use the works. They're doing as much as they're willing to do. If it wasn't for the threat of lawsuits they wouldn't even be doing that much.
You might not have to pay damages. But you're probably going to have to pay a hefty legal fee not to pay damages.
She also thinks it will matter. When a lot of voters have shown they have no problem voting for morally bankrupt people as long as they have the right letter next to their name.
