DCSS 0.34 features:

  • Many new egos for weapons, armour, amulets, and orbs.

  • Big overhauls to strategic damage with a new doom system and a reduction of player mutation.

  • Unlimited player inventory for consumables.

  • Major updates to Troves, the Slime Pits, and the Halls of Zot.

  • Dozens of new monsters spread throughout the dungeon!

The tournament starts today on Friday Feb 6th, 8pm UTC and runs through Sunday Feb 22nd, 8pm UTC, with all online 0.34 games counting towards your score.

I ran it on L440 with no issues so you should be fine!

 

Hello everyone!

After years of making stuff in Godot, my partner finally sat down to make a proper game for a release. And I'm happy to share it here (as she doesn't use Lemmy much)!

The game is a survival horror with an emphasis on open exploration and puzzle-solving - all while something is hiding in the woods. It relies fairly heavily on sound so I (as a beta tester who stubbornly played w/o them) strongly recommend headphones. There's also ambient mode (no monster) if you're scared or something.

YEAH ~~KILL~~ PUSH THE SKELETON!!!

The creature just follows your cursor and can teleport if you press a button lol
